The elegant residence is part of a charming and unique hotel complex of the eighteenth-century that can boast of belonging to the prestigious Relais & Chateaux chain. Located in a village in the green foothills of the Veneto, the seventeenth-century palace houses fourteen rooms as well as common areas, while the annexed villa, built in liberty style, houses four independent suites. The favorable geographical position between the hills of the Prosecco wineyards, gives easy access to the most important centres of the Marca Trevigiana.
Facing onto the Piazza, which overlooks monastic buildings, the main part of the hotel is composed of two floors as well as a large spacious loft area. The façade, elegantly simple, constitutes a large entrance door designed from crafted stone, and is further embellished by a series of rectangular windows and doors with decorative borders. These, in turn, are linked to impressive stone lintels, which can only hint at the vast space within. Inside, there is an elegant and peaceful courtyard bedecked with plants with an ancient and symbolic well.
The flavours of a genuine food enriched with the variety of perfumes of the local rich gastronomy where you can taste the regional specialties.
Such a lavish nature characterizes the rooms of the house as well as inspiring the local cuisine, which has managed to combine the traditional flavours with a masterly ability to innovate and become known internationally not only with fine dishes and quality wines, but also with frugal typical mountain Alps meals. The products served in the restaurant are mostly of biological origin and come from the local farms.

Friday, September 4th 2009 at the noble’s house Restaurant, Delphine Veissière, major Champagne trader and expert, will share the love and knowledge of this prestigious wine with us.
She will guide us through a year-round tasting itinerary, showing how Champagne can be coupled with various gourmet dishes during each of the four seasons, with the precious co-operation of another renowned sommelier, Dino Marchi.
The event will display an extensive tasting of several vintages from 1996 to 2004 combined with a special menu created by our Chef de Cuisine Massimo Busin.
In consideration of the restaurant size and that the event is undoubtedly exclusive, the number of participants needs to be limited and we, therefore, suggest advanced reservations.
