Building our team has been a long process, beginning in 2009. It is a process that continues to grow and add value, thanks to the people who make up the team. Meeting and satisfying the evolving requirements of our customers is something we are both committed to.
Venice Sunset was created with the idea of doing something completely different from the traditional approach. Each group member can therefore self-manage based on their skills and values, enabling them to share leadership responsibilities.
We firmly believe that the principles of the Montessori method can be applied in the workplace. The right environment and methodology can encourage autonomy, creativity and awareness in adults, too.
