For your incentive in Florence we propose a theatrical performance conducted by professional actors from the theater who will play down the reality through play and irony, encouraging reflection and awareness among the participants. The Theater, in training companies, is considered a vital means for achieving objectives as it is able, through the action of professional actors, to communicate corporate values in an easy way, not boring and accessible to all because all the participants will be a very essential active part of it.

Through theatrical interactions, the company can communicate through the action many messages that can be conveyed in a simple but effective way to employees, customers, suppliers, operators and collaborators.
Our theatrical proposals are as follows:
- A corporate storytelling with “Custom Theater” interpreted by professional actors and bespoke themes proposed by the client in order to communicate the company mission. This format is suitable for groups of 200 or more and can also be presented in several company locations;
- For gala dinners or internal meetings, we present an improvisation show entitled “Teatro Imprò” which will be based on specific business themes proposed by the participants. This partly interactive format is recommended for groups of a minimum of 30 to a maximum of 200 people;
- For internal events aimed at the transmission of values, sharing of knowledge, creating trust by involving all the interlocutors and motivating them to participate, we propose “Storytelling” with a format recommended for groups of 50 to 300 participants.
